Bespoke Stained Glass

Bridale’s bespoke Stained Glass service is second to none for creating beautiful stained glass panels to fit into windows, doors – or any other use you may have for a stained glass panel.

We have many designs – mostly our own creations – based on the old original Victorian designs. We have access to a vast number of colours, textures and types of glass so we are able to match as closely as possible the genuine old stained glass designs.

We also have a resident lady-glass-painting artist (Annette) who can add unique insets to your bespoke stained glass panels – such as a house number, diamond centre insets and rondels, and corners or borders …all along the lines of the Victorian designs.

Stained glass restoration and Repairs Service

Bridale has for many years been the prime mover for Stained Glass Restoration and Stained Glass Repairs in the West Midlands area in Uk. Bridale offers a Bespoke Doors service . Usually our customers want pine doors but we are also able to make the doors in other woods such as oak.

As well as orders for internal doors, our customers’ biggest demand is for the exterior stained glass door. Please see below for examples of our work. We’ve had many happy customers as our work is of the highest quality.

Before you order your bespoke door, have you considered using reclaimed pine doors such as victorian pine doors? We can adjust them to the specifications you require if this interests you.

This water hand pump measures around 7.5 ft high. Complete with handle.
We couldn’t get far enough back from it to take just one photo so please understand that some parts of it are duplicated (such as the water outlet …it only has ONE outlet)

Reclaimed Floor

We supply Reclaimed Floor of many different sorts.

Below you can see samples of reclaimed floor boards – including pitch pine and maple.

These boards are unfinished but with the normal floor treatment of waxing or varnish the beautiful natural tones and textures of the wood will appear.

Georgian Fireplaces

Original antique fireplaces for sale are one of Bridale’s main stock items. All fireplaces sold by us are in top condition, any necessary repairs being carried out by us before we put them on the market.

We supply all year round.

These cast iron antique fireplaces are all original reclaimed items. Our stock varies from month to month but we are generally able to offer a good selection of:

Georgian fireplaces
Victorian fireplaces
Edwardian fireplaces
…and a selection of fireplaces right up to the start of the 20th century.

Reclaimed Doors

Large stock of Reclaimed Doors, ranging from pre-Victorian till mid 1900’s.

Mostly pine, but some oak.

They come in many various measurements – so if you’re building, come and choose the door first before making the frame.

But no worry if the frame’s already in because we have years of experience in altering doors to fit frames so that no one’ll be any the wiser.

As you can see below, apart from interior and exterior doors, including front doors and back doors, we also get in double doors like the lovely old pair below.

Reclaimed Bricks

We sell Reclaimed Bricks, most of which are around the 150 – 200 year mark.

Our prices are competitive and if you want to call us (phone numbers at the very top right of this webpage) we can tell you the cost of the reclaimed bricks you are interested in immediately.

These bricks come in varying textures and colours. Any building project using these will be unique and full of character.
